2nd-day air shipping for one book: $12.00 (add $3.00 for each additional)
allow 3 business days. Note that delivery to addresses in Massachusetts and adjacent states is likely to be equally fast by standard and by 2nd-day air UPS.

International: For more than 3 books, shipping is charged at actual cost. For up to 3 books charges are as follows: (A two-volume set counts as one book.)

UPS International: $39 for one book, $25 for each additional. Local import taxes or customs fees may apply.
